The Ninefold Path of the Priestess is a 33 month distance learning immersion into the ​Ninefold Mysteries of Avalon. It is designed to facilitate the building of a profound personal ​relationship with Avalon and her Guardians, to assist each seeker in revealing the nature of ​her authentic priestess service, and to set each woman solidly on the path to reclaiming her ​Sovereignty.



In the first 11 month session, we focus on the Cauldron of Inspiration and engage in deep ​work with the Paths of the Lorekeeper, Lawspeaker, and Emissary. In the second 11 month ​session, we focus on the Cauldron of Abundance and engage in deep work with the Paths of ​the Artisan, Hearthtender, and Guardian. In the third 11 month session, we focus on the ​Cauldron of Regeneration and engage in deep work with the Paths of the Seer, Healer, and ​Ritualist.

This work is an interweaving of three powerful strands: a series of teachings based on well-​sourced historical, cultural, and literary research; a grounded and well-tested system of ​Avalonian tools and spiritual techniques; and an active practice of guided workings that build ​bridges of connection with the Ninefold — within us, around us, and beyond us.

As part of this journey, we will gather in quarterly Sister Circles where everyone will have an ​opportunity to share wisdoms and insights, to process our journey work, and to celebrate ​with song and other acts of creation. This consciously constructed hearthfire is also a space ​around which bonds of Sovereign connection can be forged between sister journeyers.

Jhenah Telyndru (MA, Celtic Studies) is a priestess, author, and educator. She founded ​the Sisterhood of Avalon in 1995, and serves as Academic Dean of the Avalonian ​Thealogical Seminary. A formally trained Celticist through the University of Wales Trinity ​Saint David, she also holds a BA (Hons.) in Archaeology from Stony Brook University. ​Jhenah hosts residential training retreats around North America and the UK, presents ​internationally at conferences and festivals, teaches online workshops and immersion ​programs, and facilitates pilgrimages to sacred sites in the British Isles through Mythic ​Seeker Tours.

As a member of clergy, Jhenah performs rites of passage in her community, and is in ​service as a Transpersonal Tarot Counselor and teacher. She is currently undergoing ​training to become an Awenydd and Druid member of Anglesey Druid Order (ADO), and is ​a certified Amicus Mortis (Friend of Death) through the Order.
